The crew of the Crimean fishing vessel "Nord" arrested in Ukraine is no longer detained and released to freedom
About this, RIA Novosti reported a representative of the shipowner - the Kerch fishing kolkhoz named after May 1 Anna Sheveleva
"The team, with the exception of the captain, is at large. Now they are all in Mariupol. But they still need to be on the 10th for interrogation in the Security Service in connection with the case of the captain, "Sheveleva said.
On April 6, administrative fines were imposed on the crew of the ship in connection with "violation of the order of entry to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and departure from it". The team spent more than ten days on the ship with decaying fish. Seamen had to use technical water. They were forbidden to leave Nord.
The captain of the vessel Vladimir Gorbenko was taken for questioning to Kherson in the SBU, where he was arrested by the court with the right to deposit a pledge. Yesterday it became known that lawyers had pledged Gorbenko, but he was still in jail. Later, the press office of the Ukrainian ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova said that the ship's captain's case is under her control, and Gorbenko was to be released on April 10.
