The replacement dispatcher of the administration of the Ilyichevsk Sea Port received an introductory instruction from the mediator about an emergency gas leak.
As a result of an emergency, the replacement dispatcher instructed the captain of the tugboat "Titan" to start extinguishing the fire, reported the situation to the administration, and also provided the Headquarters for the liquidation of the consequences of emergency situations possible at the facilities of the Ilyichevsk sea port.
In accordance with the interaction scheme, the on-duty forces of enterprises located on the territory and in the water area of the Sukhoi Estuary were notified by the shift controller.
The interaction with the leadership of "Him-Oil-Transit-Ukraine", the Information Support Center of the State Enterprise "AMPU", the captain coordinator of the State Marine Rescue Coordination Center (Odessa), the operational duty of the Civil Security Directorate of Chernomorsk and the radio attendant of the point communication SDHCH-17 Black Sea City Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in the Odessa region.
In turn, the crew, led by the captain of the m / b "Titan", carried out reconnaissance and took part in shutting off the gas valve, which in the shortest time allowed to eliminate the focus of the fire. The ambulance team rendered first aid to the victims and ensured their delivery to the hospital.
Upon completion of the exercises, the staff members summed up the results of the event, as a result of which the actions of all services were deemed satisfactory.
