BGI Klaipeda was founded in 2002. We are the Government licensed: Lithuanian Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance & The Lithuanian Maritime Safety Administration issued the permission to our Company to act as an intermediary between the Seafarer and Ship Owners/Ship Managers for recruiting sea-going personnel. In other words we areHuman Resources Managers who direct the flow of Lithuanian Seamen to where there is a demand for well trained and experienced Seafarers.
At the moment the Company 5 qualified employees are providing high quality service for our present partners.

Our Office has been approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to the following Quality Management System Standards ISO 9001 : 2000 (Ship Management support services comprising recruitment and management of marine presonnel).
