The state enterprise "Administration of the seaports of Ukraine" planned in 2016 to allocate 555 million UAH. on the development of the Odessa port, the correspondent of IA "Context-Prichernomorie" reports. About this yesterday, January 26, during a press conference, said the head of the Administration of the Odessa Sea Port Mikhail Sokolov.
According to Mikhail Sokolov, due to the adoption of the Financial Plan for 2016 in November 2015, the port can realize many more projects.
M. Sokolov, noted that these funds, in particular, are planned to be mastered by the reconstruction of berth No. 7 with the construction of a transshipment complex in the rear of the berth. The construction of a grain handling complex on the basis of berth No. 35 (1- "h") is also underway, the construction of a container terminal is continuing at the Quarantine pier of the port.
In addition, this year the port intends to proceed with the reconstruction of the flyover, the customs clearance area, the concert and exhibition hall, as well as the marina.
