SAF Crew Marine is the agency recruiting officers and seamen for the vessels worldwide, in the offshore and merchant fleet.

We work with companies to provide well-educated and competent seafarers with many years of experience in the maritime industry. Our database of seafarers is still growing and currently consists of thousands of applications for different positions.

All the seafarers are experienced and have diplomas and certificates in accordance with STCW 78/95 Convention. All the seamen have knowledge of English sufficient for professional and everyday communication, which can be confirmed by passing Marlins test.

Before joining a vessel on-signing crews familiarize with Safety Management System and Policies of our Clients' Companies and are duly briefed by superintendents to comply with the requirements.

SAF Crew Marine operates in accordance with the International Convention of 2006 on maritime labor (MLC2006), applicable in the employment and recruitment of seafarers (SRPS).
