Initially a small crewing agency, we now provide recruitment and manning services to a wide range of clients within the Maritime, Oil&Gas, Industrial, Renewable Energy and Hospitality sectors.

Operating from Constanta, a city with millennial maritime history, we have always had the first access advantage to an extended pool of exceptionally skilled and educated candidates.

With a century long tradition, the local Naval Academy, Maritime and Engineering Universities have delivered generations of proficient. Engineers who now roam the world as reputed high ranked seafarers and specialists.

The city's strategical exposure and resources have also resulted in a developed Port, Petrochemical, Energy and Tourism educational system of Vocational Schools forming highly qualified technicians.
