Since 1st of June 2013 Prime Marine Management Fleet allocation has been re-organized as follows: a) Prime Tanker Management Inc: This Company is managing the Fleet of Oil and Chemical Tankers. b) Prime Gas Management Inc: This Company is managing the Fleet of Gas Carriers. Both Companies above have been established in Marshall Islands. Based in Athens, Greece, Prime has established a reputation in the international shipping industry for operating and maintaining a fleet with high standards of performance, reliability and safety. It provides comprehensive management services for the vessels including technical supervision, such as repairs, maintenance and inspections, safety and quality, crewing and training, as well as supply provisioning. Commercial management services include operations, chartering, sale and purchase, post-fixture administration, accounting, freight invoicing, collection and insurance.
