Capt Sanjeev M Vadhavkar has set up our Mumbai Office and has been at the helm of affairs since its inception in Sept 2003.

He is a an alumni cadet of SCI- Shipping Corporation Of India of 14th Pre-sea Batch of year 1978 and has served various foreign companies like Barber Ship Management, Star Maritime, Gemarfin S.A in ascending capacities on various types of vessels like car carrier, seismic vessel, Self-Unloaders, VLCCs, Product Tankers.

With seven years command experience on Oil Tankers, he is well versed with Port state and Vetting Inspections and recognizes the importance of matrix requirement of Oil Majors.

He has been a visiting faculty for Maritime Training Institutes and has also worked as a Class Surveyor with IRS-Indian Register Of Shipping conducting ISM, ISO & Vetting Inspections on their behalf.

He carries out ISM, ISPS internal audits and technical inspection of fleet vessels on behalf of the Principals.

Capt Sanjeev Vadhavkar is well known and respected in shipping circles vide his participation in FOSMA (Foreign Owners Ship Managers Association) meetings and has an excellent rapport with the shipping fraternity, authorities ,Seafarers unions and most notably with the Seafarers.

Capt Sanjeev Vadhavkar is known to be extremely thorough with procedures/formats required for documentation in respect of seafarer’s national certification and for Norwegian, U.K and FOC Flag vessels.

With a zero attrition rate at the Mumbai Office ( a prerequisite to attain a healthy retention rate of our seafarers) since its inception Capt Sanjeev Vadhavkar is also lauded by the Principals for his exemplary managerial skills.
