GENOA MARITIME S.A., is a Liberian registered company incorporated in December 1996 and established in Greece, under Law 89/67 provisions, operating in ship management services and representation for European and International Clients. Genoa Maritime headquarters are located in Piraeus, Greece, at 12 Filellinon Street, from where is running its main activity, ship management and technical maritime services. Associated liaison controlled offices are located in Cyprus and Mumbai (India) dealing with crew management and recruiting under headquarters’ designated procedures and direct supervision. Genoa Maritime started operations in January 1997 with one 30.000dwt product tanker and gradually increased the number of managed ships during the subsequent years to an average of up to ten units over the period. Presently genoa Maritime is managing nine product tankers ranging from 30.000 to 40.000 dwt. Since 1997 and beyond the regular ship and commercial management of product tankers engaged in the clean and dirty petroleum products, Genoa Maritime S.A. have developed a strong specialization in the niche Market for vessels employed in the trading of oils and fats (Vegoils) as well as molasses and Urea fertilizers in association with Messrs. Champion Tankers A/S of Bergen.
