Gourdomichalis & Co. (Chartering) Ltd. is a shipbroking company founded in 1969. The company has always acted as exclusive broker for all the requirements of the fleet managed by Gourdomichalis Maritime, S.A. These requirements have included bareboat charters, timecharters, voyage charters, and contracts of affreightment for a variety of vessels including tankers and bulk-carriers up to 100,000dwt. Although in the past the company has worked both dry and liquid it now focuses on the dry side. Gouromichalis & Co. (Charrtering) Ltd. is based in the City of London and is a member of the Baltic Exchange. In its offices it also houses an affiliated but separate company, "Anglo-Greek Chartering Ltd.", which acts as a competitive broker.
