Vibhuthi Ramji was a saint who spent his life in village "Sathma (Talwara)" guiding the youth of Hoshiarpur and surrounding regions in 20th Century. His ethos form the fundamentals of working relationships at VR Maritime Services Pvt Ltd. We believe we are blessed to participate in the destiny of many Seafarers as well as young boys who wish to make career at Sea. VR Maritime Services Private Limited, the idea was conceived in February 2010 and the company began crewing activities under own License in the year 2011. Today VRM employs Seafarers for various vessels such as Bulk Carriers, Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Gas Carriers, Offshore vessels, Containers, Heavy Lift vessels, Gantry vessels, Woodchip Carriers etc. We employed 350 Seafarers in 2011. Thereafter have seen a great zeal of mutual growth with our Owners and as in the year 2015, we proudly employed close to 900 seafarers on 33 vessels. Year 2012 also saw company making bold decisions, resulting in greater benefit for our Seafarers as well as Ship Owners. As on Jan 2015, we have 40 office staff working round the clock as bridge between Seafarers, Ships and Owners. Speed and transparency remains the strength of VRM and technological advancement is utilised to share real time accounts and Fleet personnel data with our Owners and vessels. We visit our vessels regularly to understand the pulse of our Seafarers whilst working onboard. In the year 2014, top Management of VRM made 79 visits to the vessel and 38 visits to our Owners. We pledge to bring Ship Owners to the door step of our credible Seafarers.
