Established since 2004, Crew4Crew, d.b.a. Crew4Yachts.net, is a commission-free, subscription based service, with over 25,000 registered crew members. Rather than paying the commission standard of 100% of the first month’s wage, Crew4Crew offers employers access to the same candidates for a flat fee. Subscribers may hire as many crew as needed during the membership period selected for any one vessel.
