Döhle Yacht Crew is the large yacht services and support group of Döhle Private Clients Limited, which provides a comprehensive range of services designed specifically for the luxury yacht industry. We are part of one of the world’s largest shipping companies, which employs over 4,800 seafarers on over 450 vessels, so we understand ships and the sea.

Our objective is not only to find the right people for the right job, but also to develop long-term relationships with employers and employees. We make a point from the very start to understand each individual’s aspirations and help them on their career path in the superyacht industry. We also seek to understand exactly what the owner and/or Captain are looking for.

Döhle Yachts provide a range of services for yacht Captains, owners and their representatives. The purpose of these services is to ease the administrative burden in order that the yacht may be run as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
