Marine Consult Ltd is a manning/crewing agency stationed in Varna, Bulgaria.

Company was founded in 2002 – license 1459 - last revalidation 18.06.2012 - and since then is working strictly following Bulgarian legislation and requirements of international provisions, concerning manning/ recruiting assistance to seafarers of all ranks and on board all ship types.

Marine Consult provides crewing services to partners and crews all over the world, according to the requirements of MLC 2006 and proving GL certification in ISO 9001 – 2008.

We domicile in a Varna – a city with a wonderful location. It has a sufficient infrastructure, bulk carrier and yacht port with a small oil terminal. Varna Airport is working all the year. Land transport connections to all border stations and main cities in Bulgaria and neighboring countries.
