Klaveness Maritime Agency (KMA) was established in 1984 to support the Torvald Klaveness crewing activities.

• Today, KMA supports crew management for vessels under Klaveness Ship Management.
• KMA handles all functions related to crew operations and crew training, including the supervision of officer and ratings development through the Klaveness Cadet Program and Manpower Development Program.
• KMA supports Family Organization: through the Seamen’s Wives Association of Klaveness (SWAK).
• KMA is ISO 9001:2008 certified by DNV.

Klaveness Shore Services Inc. (KSSI) was established in Manila in December 2013.

• KSSI is a registered Ecozone IT Export Enterprise with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
• KSSI supports IT services, accounting services, purchasing services and commercial operations services of Klaveness entities local and abroad.
