PACMAN MARINE SERVICES was conceptualized by a group of businessmen and businesswomen whose Vision is to embark in a company that will assist Seafarers and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW’s) to seek employment without spending too much money. This is the plight most Filipino workers will always endure.
